We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Communicates, interprets, and assists customers with the resolution of warranty and return issues Receives, reviews, and logs warranty claims from online system and mail Compiles and enters machine registration card data Generates 'rejected claim' letters using Microsoft Office software and dispatches them via e-mail to the customer Maintains rejected warranty claim files and insures accepted warranty claims are imaged into the computer system for archiving purposes Maintains communication about issues with warranty claim status via phone or e-mail directly with customers Collects, compiles, analyzes, and reports data to internal and external customers.
Post-Secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience Three years of experience in warranty administration The ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner is required Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Office proficiency Data entry and data analysis skills required SAP experience required Possesses a mechanical aptitude Collaborates willingly in a team environment Demonstrates professional integrity and confidentiality Fluency in French a definite asset Goal-oriented, dedicated and proactive-thinking Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment
