Reports to: Director, People Operations Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Director, People Operations, the People Operations Manager will support all aspects of Human Resources (People Operations).
This position is responsible for the detailed coordination between all departments within Craft Culinary Concepts.

Primary Job Duties: For all Craft Locations: Provide general support and guidance to all employees and manage complex employee relations investigations and disputes, with guidance from Director of People Operations Design, implementation, facilitation, and tracking of training programs as needed Policy & procedure development, implementation, and execution Talent management including the implementation and facilitation of a performance review program Stay abreast of Compliance and Regulatory initiatives while updating best practices, including all required federal and state reporting Benefits administration, including COBRA notices Other duties as assigned For all Satellite Craft Locations (Not SFS): Help locations with recruiting and staffing as needed including job postings, job fairs, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding, new hire orientation, new hire paperwork, etc.
Help locations coordinate temporary staffing with third-party agencies including determining needs, placing orders, following up prior to events, and working with on-site managers on event day as needed Screen and process new hires, verify identification and run background checks and e Verify Complete administrative duties as needed including employment verifications Leave of absence management including FMLA, worker's compensation, parental, etc.
Maintain files and records effectively with all HRIS' available including updating certifications, etc.
Assist Manager, Talent Acquisition in recruiting for full-time employees Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: At least 4 years of experience within People Operations Experience in the food and beverage industry Experience supporting a healthy culture within an organization Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities and flexibility Highly motivated with a strong work ethic Can communicate effectively with all individuals across the organization Collaborative and team-oriented Able to maintain confidential information Accuracy and attention to detail required Must have a driver's license Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Available to work on event days including nights, weekends, and holidays Must attain a valid TEAM or TIP certification card Must attain a valid County Food Handler's Card on file with Craft and in your possession for each event worked Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds on a regular basis Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Craft Culinary Concepts is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
