Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Chantilly, VA. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and HR management. This role will involve working closely with colleagues across the organization to drive HR initiatives and strategies that support business objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaged work culture and improving employee performance and well-being.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR policies, principles, and practices
Experience in HR management, operations, and employee relations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
