1.Chemicals & Reagents:
Develop list of chemicals and reagents, check list for standard solution, preparation schedule, monitor as per requirement, maintain inventory and ensure timely availability of all chemicals, solution and reagents
2.Calibration of Instrument:
Monitor calibration status and implement calibration schedule in co-ordination with concern C & I personnel Review calibration schedule if required. Ensure availability of calibrated instrument
3.Record Maintenance:
Data Entry in SAP / Excel for All Raw Materials and keeping the record
4.Product Certification Data:
Maintaining All required documents pertaining to the IS Certified products.
5.Certificate of Analysis:
Ensure each export as well as domestic consignment have certificate of analysis having quality parameter as per customer requirement
6.Counter Sample:
Responsible for preservation of counter sample of finished goods after test, sample collected during dispatch or joint inspection by third party or sample collected by other agencies during inspection
