Promote and build a performance-driven, disciplined-revenue culture focused on clients, and their success Develop the overall revenue processes and integrate into the broader organization's processes, if / where / when dependencies exist Represent our customer's voice in the markets we serve Manage and enforce the consistent use of a data-driven, defined sales process and a disciplined pipeline and forecast review methodology; Define and implement approaches to: Demand Generation; Onboarding, Support: Customer Success; Customer Service; Education Collaborate and make recommendations to Product & Product Marketing to ensure the positioning of existing technologies is optimized; Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure execution of product plans that result in on-time delivery and performance.
Proven, data-focused leader with cross-functional experience (sales, marketing, partnerships); 7-10 years building high-performing business development and sales functions; Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models and go-to-market strategies; Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills, including building financial models; Solid grasp of best-in-class demand-generation principles, including proven success in driving demand in a SaaS software company; Strategic thinking and sound business judgement; Ability to think creatively and influence / collaborate with others in order to break down barriers to introducing new partnerships or technology; A proven track record of success working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Technology expertise / savvy
– internet, mobile, AI, Machine Learning, blockchain, etc.; Ability to travel internationally may be required; Experience with leading and building distributed / remote teams
