A Career at OpenRoad Means You'll Enjoy: Many opportunities for internal growth Comprehensive healthcare benefits package Discounted vehicle purchase program Company social events And more ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor payment of invoices to ensure that there are no duplicate payments, or that invoices are not paid without authorization.
Ensure that no accounts become past due.
Post invoices into accounting system accurately with purchase orders attached.
Balance vendors to statements and accounts payable schedule, and prepare payment in a timely manner.
Keep copies of all expense account-related documents and prepare for management review.
Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Previous experience in Accounts Payable.
Knowledge of automotive accounting and DMS (CDK, Reynolds ERA IGNITE).
Ability to work cooperatively with other employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strict attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
Good computer skills and ability to maintain records using a computerized accounting system.
Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job function Internal Candidates MUST apply by filling out the Internal Endorsement Form on the Intranet.
