AHIDMS Recruitment Details:
1. State HRH &Nursing Education Specialist
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Salary shall be commensurate to experience & skills and shall not be a bar for right candidate. Remuneration shall be finalized by the Project Director;
Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a master's in public health or MBBS degree from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.
Working Experience: At least 15 years' experience public health, health systems strengthening, and policy development. Knowledge and experience of policies and implementation pertaining to strengthening HRH and nursing education in the health sector will be added advantage.
Age: Upto 60 years as on date of advertisement.

2. State Communication Specialist (SCS)
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay of Rs.90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand) to 1,20,000/- (Rupees one lakh twenty thousand) per month.
Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess at least a Post-Graduate degree in Mass Communication and Journalism or related field, from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.
Working Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience of working at the state level public health communication or community interventions.
- Experience of design, developing and implementing innovative large scale communication programs, creative communication campaigns, Audio-Visual Films, Social Media Messages.
- Experience of 5 years' in implementing health projects, working with various communities / village level institutions.
Age: Up to 50 years as on date of advertisement.

3. Sr. Project Engineer (Sr.PE)
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay of Rs. 1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand) to 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand) per month.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering from any AICTE approved recognized institute or university
Working Experience:
- The applicant must be computer literate and has to be well versed with MS-Office package/AUTOCAD etc.
- Experience in project management software packages like primavera, MS-Project will be added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Assamese.

4. State IPA & QI Specialist
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay of Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand) to 1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand) per month.
Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess at least a Graduate degree in MBBS or Dental/ Masters in Hospital Administration or Public Health from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.
Working Experience:
- At least five years' experience in Health Care Quality or Formal Quality of a quality system like NQAS/NABH with valid certification as external assessor.
- Experience of undertaking quality assessment of minimum of 5 facilities Experience of identifying gaps and providing handholding support to the facility, District and state level.
- Experience of 3 years' in developing and implementing monitoring systems for quality improvement in hospitals or at State level public health program with key role to improve quality of health services and policy development process.

5. Finance Executive
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay in the range of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) to Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) per month. The selected candidate will be offered 30% enhancement on the last drawn salary.
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized Institute.
Working Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification experience in accounting with Government projects/CSS/EAP.
- Experience of working with Tally software & PFMS for at least 2 year.
- Sound knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, GST and other Taxation matters.
- Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English.
- Must be computer literate and should have knowledge in MS-Office, Internet, email, etc
Age: Age of the Candidate should not be more than 35 years as on 1st Jan 24.

6. Procurement Executive
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay in the range of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) to Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) per month.
Educational Qualification: The PE must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/ Masters Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in any discipline from any Govt. recognized university/institution. Candidates having IT Background, Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP) or Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP) may be given preference.
Working Experience: The PE should have at least 5 (five) years of professional experience in Procurement Management function in any public/private sector agency out of which 02 (two) years in World Bank/externally aided Projects will be desirable. Those with hands-on experience in procurement system & GeM of the Government may be preferred.
Computer Skills: The PE must have expertise in using Internet based applications, working with advanced word processing/spreadsheet including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, related applications and software & hardware computer systems.
Age: Age of the Candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st Jan 24.

The candidates shall have to bring laptop, original certificates/testimonials along with a set of self-attested copies of the same, for the interview/test along with the filled in application form and the Originals of certificates/documents will be returned after corroboration with the self-attested copies of the same.
