1. M&E / MIS Specialist
No of Posts: 07 Posts
Place of Posting:
- Assam Medical College Hospital, Dibrugarh
- Diphu Medical College Hospital
- FAA Medical College Hospital, Barpeta
- Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati
- Lakhimpur Medical College Hospital
- Tezpur Medical College Hospital
- Silchar Medical College Hospital
Salary: Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month.
Required Eligibility:
- The candidate should possess at least MCA/ B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science from recognized University/Institution.
- The candidate must have at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in management of IT & MIS activities in any Externally Aided Project (e.g. World Bank, JICA, ADB etc.) or Public/ Private sector organization.
- Experience in designing, executing at least one LAN/WAN/Data Centre project is preferable.
- Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Security is desirable.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reporting.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions for fitment in the network for optimising cost/efficiencies.
- Support in development of IT platforms and applications.
- Maintenance support, trouble shooting IT issues and providing assistance to medical colleges
- Experience of working in the North East with govt aided project will be preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

2. IT assistant
No of Posts: 01 Post
Place of Posting: PWD, Guwahati
Salary: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs 35,000/- per month
Required Eligibility:
- The candidate should possess atleast bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology/ BCA
- The candidate must have atleast 2 years of post-qualification experience in management of IT & MIS activities in any Externally Aided Project (e.g. World Bank, JICA, ADB etc.) or Public/ Private sector organization.
- The candidate should also have knowledge of hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of LAN etc.
- The candidate should be able to maintain record of assets, such as laptops, computers, storage devices and peripherals.
- The candidate should have experience of preparation of MIS reports.
- Experience of working in the North East with govt aided project will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

A Walk-in Interview will be held in the office of the Assam Health Infrastructure Development and Management Society (AHIDMS) at the address given below, for recruitment of the aforementioned positions on purely temporary basis as per the schedule mentioned below.
Interested eligible Candidates who are citizen of India as defined under the Constitution of India and fulfill the eligibility norms of educational qualification, experience, age etc. may Walk-In accordingly for the interview along with all the original certificates/documents relating to qualification, experience, age, identity proof, latest salary certificate, two passport size-colored photographs etc. and also a set of self- attested copies of the same.
Please Note: The candidates shall have to bring laptop, original certificates/testimonials along with a set of selfattested copies of the same, for the interview/test along with the filled in application form and the tabulated sheet for the individual positions
