Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various facilities and equipment.

Duties:
- Conduct repairs on equipment such as furniture, doors, and windows.
- Assemble and install fixtures such as shelves, curtains and cabinets.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections carried out.
- Ability to work on ladders
- Good Carpentry skills
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of minor electrical and plumbing.
- Ability to work with power and hand tools
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and other staff professionally
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to set timelines and standards
- Ability to work flexibly and adjust schedules to meet the needs of the facility.
- Physical dexterity and ability to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting
- Prep work areas to contain dust and construction area clean (shoe covers, masking tape, plastic and drop cloths

Absolute Must:
- Teamwork and Professionalism with company staff as well as professionalism with clients.
- Have your own personal truck, tools, current valid driver's license and smartphone
- Must be able to pass background check.
