4. core skills will be ETL skills with strong SQL skills.
Job Description:-
· 15+ years of Overall experience
· 6-8 years of data migration experience preferably with some Telco
data migration experience
· Having earlier experience as a BA on Telco domain
· Ability to present senior management with an overall status and
ability to dive into issues which need immediate fix priority-wise.
· Ability to understand customer pain points and work with
multi-disciplinary team to provide solutions
· Work as a trusted advisor for the customer in D&A area
· Ability to lead and guide multiple teams
· Ability to manage the migration program on an End-to-End basis by
working with customer teams to resolve data quality issues, vendors to fix
product issues, other teams to fix their application/testing issues
· Experienced in migrating/converting data from legacy applications to
a new target application environment. Responsible for providing database and
data warehouse expertise
· Consulting and design and programming of ETL tools for data migration
and aggregation strategies for data warehousing and reporting, managing a
design team and project scheduling
· Experience in conversion requirements gathering, data mapping, data
cleansing, data source gap analysis, conversion specifications documentation,
designing conversion components, developing conversion standards, development
· Ability to guide on execution of NO-SQL-based scripts, functions,
and/or packages to support data analysis,
· Developing end-to-end conversion test plans, executing conversion
test cases, documenting conversion results, tracking and resolving conversion
defects, etc.
· Designed and developed framework for data migration which also
includes products transformation design for efficient mechanism for data
extraction
