Marketing internship (Bilingual Chinese & English)
Zen Serenity Massage & Wellness Center is seeking for a proactive leader who possesses a talent for overseeing wellness center operations and a passion for online marketing. We invite you to join our team as a Marketing Intern, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our center while simultaneously driving our online marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
2.Fluent in both Chinese and English, with exceptional communication skills in both languages.
3.Leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
4.Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
5.Enthusiasm for online marketing strategies and social media platforms.
6.Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
7.Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including Canva for design work.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Provide leadership and support to front desk operation, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.
• Drive online marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers on social media platforms.
• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align online marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Monitor online marketing performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, record-keeping, and inventory management.
Full-Time Internship:
Duration: May to mid-August.
Schedule: This option entails a full-time commitment, typically spanning the summer months from May until mid-August. Candidates who choose this option would be expected to dedicate their time exclusively to the internship during this period.
Part-Time Internship:
Duration: Flexible, starting now.
Schedule: Candidates opting for the part-time option can work between 16 to 24 hours per week. The schedule is designed to accommodate their class timings, allowing them to balance their academic commitments with gaining valuable experience through the internship. This option provides flexibility in scheduling and can begin immediately.
