Job description
Review of Market complaints and investigation reports.
- Monitoring of ADEs:
- Logging of Adverse Drug Events in QMS Software
- Review of Council for International Organizations of Medical Science form (CIOMS)
- Review Sharing of (CIOMS) with Regulatory.
- Preparation and sharing of Risk Management Plan (RMP) with Regulatory
- Supporting sites on Market Complaint actions
Pharmacovigilance activities
- Monitoring and co-ordination for Pharmacovigilance activities with Third Party for Rubicon Products.
Quality Management System
- Review of QMS documents such as change control, deviation/Incident, Investigations.
- Exposure to MHRA, USFDA audits
- Exposure to different dosage forms
- Knowledge of Market complaints
- Knowledge of handling customer complaints
- Should have worked in CQA.
