Job Purpose -

Drive the institutional & corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from injectable & intensive care market and handling competition and identifying the market dynamics to generate annual business of 50-70lacs through customer engagement.

Major Activities / Tasks

Identify institutional KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling

Responsible for engagement and development of KOL/KBL customers

Develop team through various training on brand development and therapy initiatives

Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers

Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors

Relevant experience:

3+yrs of pharmaceutical sales experience in Critical Care segment (antibiotics; anti-microbials; injectables)

Individual contributor role

Eligibility Criteria:

Age should be less than 36

No of companies less than 4

Science Graduates preferred
