Job Description:

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and support, assisting with medical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
2. Assist with medical procedures and interventions as directed by healthcare professionals.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient information, treatments, and medications.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
5. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
6. Provide education and support to patients and their families on various health conditions and treatments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Registered Nurse qualification and valid license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in the use of medical equipment and computer systems.
