Role & responsibilities:
Manipulate data using intermediate Excel skills such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables, concatenations, comparisons, and additional functions as needed
Analyze, research, and identify discrepancies in the data files used for reconciliation
Demonstrate knowledge of the post-close documents and their status of completeness, able to review and verify chain of assignments/endorsements.
Review Mortgage Documents for closed loans
Follow simple and complex instructions
Follow the Checklist and process steps
Assist with performing quality control checks on input data to ensure accuracy
Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and other relevant documents.
Actively participate in meetings with stakeholders both onshore and offshore and send minutes of the meetings
Collaborate with other departments to support and streamline operational processes.
Contribute to effective internal and external communication to meet operational objectives.
Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline. Preferred in Finance/Accounting
1-2 years of experience working on Excel sheets and using formulas would be an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Quick learner and ability to comprehend
Willing to do night shift - Night Shift - 5:00 PM 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM -3:00 AM (Home drop will be provided)
Willing to work on weekends as per business requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of common software applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
