Ensure adherence to EHS compliance at QC Analytical Laboratory.
Ensure Good Documentation Practise (GDP) is in place and applied in recording of QC daily activities for easy traceability and facilitate audit requirement.
Ensure the proper housekeeping and cleanliness is maintained in QC Analytical department.
Ensure proper safe and regular disposal of laboratory waste such as solvent, reagents and etc. following EHS Department and local regulation
Ensure the laboratory facilities and equipment are well maintained as per recommended requirement Perform accurate and timely data review for testing, verification, calibration and other activities carried out by laboratory staff meets the written specified requirements and shall satisfy the customer needs, regulatory requirements and related organization bodies needs.
Performing routine sampling of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials for Drug Substance and Drug Product as per SOP & Specification.
To perform routine analysis of Water Testing.
To prepare routine water reports and monthly water trend data.
Perform daily calibration/ verification on equipment's as per training and SOP.
Performing sampling and testing for tanker and recovery solvent samples.
To prepare reagents, test and volumetric solution according to procedure and specification.
To carry out any other task and assignment as and when need arises, job responsibilities might be amended by reporting Authority
