Coordination with cross functional department for smooth functioning on shop floor.
Hands on QMS documentation for packing related issues .
Fluent in English with good presentation skills.
Experience on serialization equipment and mandate awareness about regulatory market.
To ensure training management in the area as per SOP.
Supervising Visual Inspection and packaging area activity
Performing SAP transactions required
To prepare and ensure SOP and controlled documents as per the procedure.
To perform and assist investigations in case of any deviations in the area and initiate as well as ensure that necessary CAPA are there to avoid recurrence.
- Ensure CAPA implementation within well-defined timeline.
- To initiate, perform and ensure changes in the area through Change control procedure.
- To perform and ensure GDP is followed at all stages of activity in the area.
- To perform Risk assessment for new equipment or process.
- To ensure machine feasibility of the art work/ supply .
- To prepare new MPR/revise MPR based on the artwork change request for artwork related changes.
- To Provide art-work Dimension in art work request form.
- To ensure shop floor practices as per legal requirements.
- Prepare Departmental EHS Risk Assessment. Install / Implement appropriate Risk Controls as per HOD's & EHS Instruction.
- Ensure & share relevant EHS related communications to departmental colleagues.
- Ensure & implement appropriate operational controls are in place and its effective maintenance.
- Participate and ensure compliance in EHS audit .
- Ensure Safe Work Place & Safe storage of Materials compliance.
- Follow waste management & scrap management as per expectations.
- Additional job responsibility to be assigned for New Product Assessment review.
