SECTION 3: ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.0 Responsible to carry out preventive maintenance as per schedules of all process, packing Equipments.
2.0 Responsible for Breakdown maintenance of all equipments of Process, Packing and maintenance of relevant documents.
3.0 Responsible for Handling of QMS activities related to Engineering department.
4.0 Responsible to prepare and monitor indents for spares, consumables of equipment's / Instruments.
5.0 Responsible for preparation and or revision of the Standard Operating Procedures and relevant documents.
6.0 Responsible for Facility maintenance planning and implementation
7.0 Responsible for Supervision and guidance to engineering assistants
8.0 Responsible to plan and conduct training of subordinates.
9.0 Responsible for Self Inspection / External Inspectorate and its compliance.
10.0 To Coordinate with AMC contractors and manufacturers of machine for rectification of problems/ breakdowns (if any).
11.0 Responsible for implementation of Quality Management System
12.0 Responsible to Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and verification of formats.

1.0 Responsible to carry out preventive maintenance as per schedules of all process, packing, store, QC, QA, HVAC, ETP and utility equipment's/ instruments and its related documents.
2.0 Responsible for Breakdown maintenance of all equipment's of ETP, warehouse, QC, QA HVAC and utility and maintenance of relevant documents.
3.0 Responsible for Handling of QMS activities related to Engineering department.
4.0 Responsible to prepare and monitor indents for spares, consumables of equipment's / Instruments.
5.0 Responsible for preparation and or revision of the Standard Operating Procedures and relevant documents.
