We are inviting applications for the role of Accounts Payable, Order to cash,
Record to report.
In this role, you will be responsible for the function of the position, Work in the back office process, transaction processing & data entry of customer details and the understanding of product categories in a time sensitive manner. This position is responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data.
Responsibilities
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Understand the basic accounting process/terms
- Working knowledge of Relevant GAAP and MS Office
- Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
- Knowledge of computers including standard packages
- Make collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- B.com/M.com
- 0 - 5 year exp.
Shift- Flexible with any shift
Preferred qualifications
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Banking or Insurance industry would be an added advantage
- Proficient in English language- both written and oral
