Job Description :
Use analytical techniques and instrumentation, such as GC, HPLC, IR, Ion chromatography (IC), UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Potentiometer, KF, Melting point.
Calibration of instruments like IC, Fluoride analyser, HPLC, GC, IR, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Potentiometer, KF, Melting point.
Analysis samples like finish product, raw material and in-process.
Report the results of analysis like assay and related substances to his line manager and other stack holders (like production department, Kilo lab, R&D etc.)
Understand the specifications and Method of Analysis (MOA) for raw materials, in-process controls, intermediates, finished products and packing materials.
Active participation in finalization of storage condition, retest date and packaging of finish product on the basis of stability study.
Participate in internal and external audits.
New analytical method development and analytical method validation.
Method transfer of new projects and report preparation.
Document preparation for General and instruments SOP.
Knowledge of classical analysis/wet chemistry.
Procure the chemicals, glassware, HPLC and GC columns and other required items.
Generating monthly report of raw material & finished product for submitting to HOD
To ensure the safety norms to achieve zero accidents
Transfer of analysis data to the SAP.
Generating the certificate through SAP.
Deviations reporting to the concerned HOD's.
Preserving the dispatch counter sample as per specification.
To maintain housekeeping of the personal area.
To inform abnormal quality parameters to concern department head.
To ensure quality parameters by re-analysis & re-sampling when parameters deviates as specified.
To ensure standardization of all reagent & its documentation.
On need base authorized to go for re-sampling.
Prioritizing the sample analysis plan according to the urgency.
Authorized to solve the routine problem with the help of respective dept.
Implementation of operational controls as per requirement of the operation / activity.
Awareness of consequences of departures from standard procedures.
