Educational Qualification: A candidate must hold a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification.
Age Limits: A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on the 1st of August, 2023 i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1991 and not later than 1st August, 2002 . Relaxation of Age are as given below
- SC/ST: 05 Years
- OBC: 03 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: 10 Years
How to Apply for UPSC Recruitment 2023
Interested and Eligible need to apply online by using the website upsconline.nic.in. It is essential for the applicant to register himself/herself first at One Time Registration (OTR) platform, available on the Commission's website, and then proceed for filling up the online application for the examination. Candidates may follow the below mentioned steps to apply online. Last date of submission of online application is 21st February 2023, 6 PM.

- Now, the official web portal of UPSC for Online Application will load in the new tab of your browser.
- In that portal, you will get the option to register yourself.
- After registration, you have to provide all your asked details.
- After that, you have to upload your documents.
- After the successful completion of all steps, your application will be submitted.
- Also, you will receive an acknowledgement copy of your submission.
- Keep that acknowledgement copy for future use.
