BCPL Recruitment 2023 Details
1. Graduate Apprentice
No of posts: 85 Posts
Monthly Stipend : Rs.13,800/- per month
Discipline wise vacancy:
- Mechanical: 15
- Chemical: 20
- Electrical: 15
- Instrumentation: 10
- Telecom: 3
- Computer Science: 3
- Civil: 5
- Human Resources: 3
- PRCC/ CSR: 3
- Security: 1
- F&A: 3
Required Eligibility:
- Bachelor Degree in respective Course or Engineering branch with minimum 55% marks.
- Candidates who have passed out in the year 2020, 2021 and 2022 are eligible to apply in the aforesaid post. However Engineering graduate or diploma holder who had already under gone training or having job experience for a period of one year or more after acquiring required qualifications, shall not be eligible for being engaged as an Apprentice under the Act.).
- A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline.
- A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.
- Graduate examination of professional bodies recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Age: Not less than 18 years and upper age limit is 28 years as on 31.1.2023. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidate, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons with Disability.
2. Technician Apprentices (Diploma Holder)
No of posts: 36 Posts
Monthly Stipend : Rs.11,100/- per month
Discipline wise vacancy:
- Mechanical: 10
- Chemical: 10
- Electrical: 08
- Instrumentation: 08
Required Eligibility:
- Diploma in respective Course or Engineering branch with minimum 55% marks.
- Candidates who have passed out in the year 2020, 2021 and 2022 are eligible to apply in the aforesaid post. However Engineering graduate or diploma holder who had already under gone training or having job experience for a period of one year or more after acquiring required qualifications, shall not be eligible for being engaged as an Apprentice under the Act.)
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

Interested and eligible candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria may apply through the "career section" of BCPL website http://www.bcplonline.co.in.
The link will be made available from 01.01.2023 from 10:00hrs onwards. Closing date for online submission of application is 31.01.2023 23:59 hrs. Candidates willing to apply for more than one post need to submit separate application for each post. Follow the below mentioned steps to apply online.
- Scroll down, go to Important Links section .
- Click on the "Online Application Form" and complete the registration process by clicking "Registration".
- After completion of registration process active your profile link by clicking Actives Account in the email sent to your email id entered at the time of registration.
- In the next stage, click on "Apply Online" Link and Login.
- Fill your all personal and educational details and upload necessary documents.
- At the end, submit the form.
- Don't forget to take a print out of the application form.
