Roles and Responsibilities

1.Review of QMS documents related to Quality Control such as OOS, OOT, Change Control and Deviation.
2.Regulatory Audit preparation.
3.Review of Computer system / Analytical method Validation.
4.Review of Hold Time and stability Study documents.
5.Review of Instrument Qualification documents.
6.Perform Internal audit and there compliance verification.
7.To conduct vendor audit evaluation of raw material / Packing material vendors.
8.SOP compliance and Harmonization.
9.CGMP and Plant Round compliance.
10.Review of training records and evaluation.
11.QC round w.r.t. GLP and SOP compliance.
12.Monitor CAPA implementation and effectiveness verification.
13.Review of soft data on QC instruments and verify 21 CFR compliance by checking audit trails in absence of QA reviewer.
14.Review of calibration of instruments, working standard and reference standards.
15.Review of Pharmacopeia changes.
16.Participate in corporate projects for implementation of electronic systems.
17.Initiation of Change control, Deviation and incidence documents.
