Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Management & Economics plus a minimum of 4 years experience of which 2 years as a Customer Service Officer in Banking sector.

Position 2: Customer Service Manager I
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management & Economics plus a minimum of 5 years experience with at least 3 years at operational work.
