THE TEAM The mission of the Strategy & Operations Department, or the Aritzia Consulting Group (ACG), is to be thought partners to the business, collaborating to design the way we operate and setting our organization up to scale.
THE OPPORTUNITY As a member of the Strategy & Operations team, or Aritzia Consulting Group (ACG), you will be part of the team responsible for evaluating business growth opportunities and then building the required infrastructure to ensure that our business is set up for profitable growth.
In this role, you will act as an internal consultant to the business, identifying, recommending, and developing the people, process, technology, and space solutions that the business needs to accelerate growth and operate at the highest level of effectiveness.
