Sheger microfinance S.C is a Mass based finance institution established in accordance with the pertinent laws, regulations, and proclamations governing micro finance business in Ethiopian commercial code. It is aimed to provide need based inclusive financial service to the un-banked and missed middle by developing effective and effective service delivery system.
Position 1: Accountant I
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration and other relevant related fields, 1 years of work experience in Micro Finance Institution S.C. or related institution.
Position 2: Accountant II
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration and other relevant related fields, 2 years of work experience in Micro Finance Institution S.C. or related institution.
Position 3: Customer Service I
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration and other related fields, 1 year of work experience or Level IV diploma in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration or other relevant related fields, and 2 years of work experience at Agricultural area in Micro finance Institution S.C. or related institution.
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration or other relevant related fields, 4 years of work experience in Micro Finance Institution S.C. or related institutions.
Position 5: Branch Manager III
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration or other relevant related fields, 6 years of work experience out of two years as Branch manager I or II in Micro Finance Institution S.C. or related institutions.
