- To conduct experiments for various projects.
- Log the reading and observation and analyse the results
- Conduct lab testing and maintain reports.
- Reports the observation, result and conclusions to HOD.
- Take part in the R&D Review meeting and give suggestion / Solution for next steps to be taken
- To follow lab protocols, safety working style with good human being

- Interaction with seniors regarding chemistry problems, involved in literature surrey, route selection & initial process development activities.
- Doing feasibility study, optimization study, validation study, and making development reports of various molecule.
- Prompt &safe skill of development of products from basic to lab scale up.
- Maintain R&D apparatus and equipment in good condition.
- Calibrate the instruments and testing apparatus
- Maintain the R &D record.
