PSSSB Legal Clerk Revised Vacancy & Application Date Notice 2022
Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) invites online applications for recruitment to 355 posts of Legal Clerk. Candidates can check vacancy details, age limit and other related information from below……
The age limit of the candidate for the above posts is as directed by the Government of Punjab. The date 01.01.2022 should be as follows:-
The age of the general category candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 37 years.
The maximum age limit for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes of Punjab State will be 42 years.
The maximum age limit for State and Central Government employees will be 45 years with relaxation in upper age limit.
The upper age limit in the case of ex-servicemen residing in Punjab will be subject to periodic amendments to the Ex-Servicemen Recruitment Rules, 1982. This age limit will be deemed to have been met if the remaining post-service age is reduced to *3 years* after reduction in their age.
The maximum age limit for physically handicapped candidates residing in Punjab will be 47 years with a relaxation of 10 years from the upper age limit.
Relaxation in upper age limit up to 40 for widows, divorced and certain other categories of married women will be given as per instructions issued by the Punjab Government vide letter No. 1/50/83-5PP(1368)/3454 dated 23.04.1984. years.
Pay Scale of Punjab SSSB Legal Clerk:
Rupee. 1900 (Level 2)
Education Qualification of Punjab SSSB Legal Clerk:
As per the Punjab Civil Secretariat (State Service Class III) First Amendment) Rules, 2020 dated 27/11/2020:-
Must be a Law Graduate from a recognized University or Institute;
Qualifies a competitive examination to be conducted by the recruiting authority; And
Passes an examination in Punjabi and English typing at the speed of thirty words per minute by the recruiting authority or at a speed of 4 words as specified by the Government of Punjab from time to time and other conditions applicable as per Punjab Civil Services. (General and General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994, as amended from time to time.
At least one hundred and twenty hours of experience with practical experience in the use of personal computers or information technology in office productivity applications or desktop publishing applications from a Government recognized institution or a reputed institution which is ISO 9001 certified. either A Computer Information Technology course equivalent to 'O' Level Certificate of the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC), Government of India.

General Category – Rs. 1000/-
SC, BC & EWS – Rs. 250/-
Ex-Servicemen & Dependents – Rs. 200/-
Physically Handicapped – Rs. 500/-

Fee can be paid online only through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Rupay Card, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or Bank Challan.
