Position 1: Junior Learning & Development Officer
Educational Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management or Management OR Diploma/TVET10+3/Level IV & COC Award in Human Resource Management or Management.
Work Experience: For BA, 1 year as Human Resource Assistant or equivalent experience in the banking industry. OR 1 year as Junior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent experience OR For Diploma /TVET 10+ 3/ Level IV, 2 years as Human Resource Assistant or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR2 years as Junior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent experience.
Salary: As per the Bank's Salary Scale
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Learning & Development Officer
Educational Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management or Management
Work Experience: 3 years as Learning & Development Officer II or equivalent OR 6 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Senior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent OR 7 years relevant experience.
Salary: As per the Bank's Salary Scale
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Registration Place: By Posta Mail or Hibret Bank S.C. West Addis Ababa District Office Mekwor Plaza Building, 1st floor, around Beklo Bet area Addis Ababa.
Position 3: Branch Manager, Grade D
Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch or equivalent OR 8 years relevant experience in the banking industry.
Salary: As per the Bank's Salary Scale
Place of Work: Sebeta Branch
Position 4: Branch Manager, Grade B
Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Manager, Grade C Branch or equivalent OR 10 years relevant experience in the banking industry.
Salary: As per the Bank's Salary Scale
Place of Work: Hossaena Branch
