Engineer Trainee in (Civil / Mechanical / IT Electrical / Chemical / Metallurgy)
Full time Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or Five years Integrated Master's degree or Dual degree program in Engineering or Technology in the subjects of Civil or Mechanical or IT or Electrical or Chemical or Metallurgical engineering from a recognized Indian University/Institute*
Executive Trainee in (Finance)
Bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian University* with Qualified Chartered or Cost and Works Accountant from recognized institutions in India
Executive Trainee in (HR)
Full time regular Bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian University* with at least 60%# marks in aggregate in all the years with Two years full time regular Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in HR or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Social Work or MBA from a recognized University / Institute with at least 55% # of marks in aggregate in all the years / semesters. Candidates with Social Work or MBA qualification should have specialization / elective in Personnel Management / Labor Welfare / HRM in the final year.

BHEL Engineer TraineeSelection Process
Candidates willing to join BHEL as Engineer/Executive Trainee will have to appear in Computer Based Test.
Based on the marks and requirement of the examination, candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the order of merit in the ratio of 1:5 to the number of vacancies in each subject and category.
BHEL Engineer Traineefinal merit list
The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of 75% weightage of computer based exam score and 25% weightage of interview score.
