Principal Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement the client connectivity onboarding process
Ensures completion of Infrastructure and security components required for connectivity: Router/Firewall, Protocol Installation (e.g., sFTP, NDM, MQ).
Troubleshoot connectivity and data delivery issues with clients Interface with other DTCC teams as needed to resolve client connectivity and data delivery issues. Review and respond to client queries that are dressed to the team.
Develop workflows and procedures for new products/services and technologies supported by CAPS Ability to respond to inquires regarding file setups and other business or data related issues for all applications supported by the department.
Assist with rollouts of system enhancements for the tools we use to support clients.
Individual will need to be available and be able to support all business functions off hours and/or from home on an as needed basis.
Experience:
Good understanding of data communications, routers and firewalls College degree preferred or equivalent industry experience .
General networking knowledge/IP dresses
