In this client-facing role, you will gather requirements, provide knowledge and recommendations, and configure Dynamics 365 systems according to customer requirements.
When it just clicks Does this sound like you?
Bachelor of Science degree or higher; 3 years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales/Marketing/Field Service/PSA; Experience as a Microsoft Business Applications Consultant configuring Dynamics CRM solutions; Must be bilingual in French and English; Proficient in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement; 5 years of working experience in an MS CRM environment in any capacity; Hands-on experience with multi-phase globally delivered CRM implementation projects; Experience with Dynamics 365 in On-Premise implementations and environments; Ability to meet deadlines using strong organizational habits; Excellent team-building, mentoring, and leadership abilities with strong client services orientation, and the ability to handle multiple activities in a dynamic and energizing environment; Strong CRM industry and product knowledge (2 years of experience with system design, or information systems; 4 years of experience as a CE Consultant; project management experience is a plus); Familiarity with relational database concepts; Excellent presentation, communication, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors; Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed; Languages required: French: 4/4 English: 4/4 There was a problem.
