Customer Service Agents
Starting at $17.00/hour + performance bonuses averaging $6/hour
You need to be a people person for this job because you'll be greeting and assisting passengers from all over the world. This is especially important because – in most cases – you'll be their first point of contact with the airlines we serve. Your primary duty will be to guide travelers safely and securely through every step of their airport journey – from check-in and bag drop to boarding gates and arrivals. It's important that you have a keen eye for detail since you'll be responsible for checking travel documents, correctly tagging baggage and making sure travelers are in the right place at the right time. You should also have a knack for remaining calm under pressure and troubleshooting when things don't go according to plan.
Ramp Agents
Starting at $20.50/hour
In this job, you'll be a key member of a logistics team that handles baggage and guides aircraft safely into and out of their gates. Your primary goals will be to keep everyone and everything safe, keep flights on schedule and ensure traveler belongings reach their destination intact and on time. Job responsibilities include driving baggage trucks, operating mechanical lifts and ramps, unloading arriving baggage and loading departing baggage, all while keeping safety and security your top priority. You will also be responsible for carrying out aircraft and equipment inspections, running hazard checks, reporting faulty equipment and completing documentation. Menzies leads the industry in the time-critical process of meeting, preparing and dispatching aircraft all over the world. We will count on you to help us uphold our reputation for quality by adhering to best practices in every aspect of the job.
Aircraft Fuelers
Starting at $19.50/hour
Menzies is the world's largest independent provider of plane fueling services and fuel-farm management for oil companies, airports and airlines. In this job, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient fueling and defueling of airplanes. Your activities will include driving fuel vehicles, operating lifts, performing quality-control checks on equipment and servicing airplanes, all while keeping safety and security your foremost priorities. A great deal of focus is required to manage all of the details of this important role. You'll need to keep accurate records and be able to carry out calculations to ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel on each aircraft.
