- Location: India - Chennai
- Selection Process: The selection will be on the basis of Interview.
- Applicants with a minimum 4 years of mandatory work experience in International Travel & Visa Processing
- Should have good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Should ensure that the travel process is aligned with the company policies and standards.
- VFS coordination and ready information of process, documents, processing time and fees for different countries like US, Schengen countries, UK, etc
- Checking/Supervising the overall performance of the Travel Agency. Monitoring calls/email/Chat transactions on daily basis.
- Analysis of the team and sharing the feedback with the entire team. Communicate quality updates regularly.
- Identify common areas of improvement and conduct refresher training.
- Generate reports and analyze data regarding the overall performance on a weekly/monthly basis, along with action plans for improvement.
- Provide suggestions regarding process improvements and increasing the customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure that the targets regarding the overall quality and employees' Satisfaction levels are met and exceeded.
- Should know the business understanding of Travel Technology (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel, ext).
- Should have experience in ground transport operations, Event Management and basic knowledge of facility management.
