CONSUMER PROTECTION OFFICER (1 POSITION) EPRA JOB GRADE 6

(PERMANENT & PENSIONABLE)

REF: VA/34/6/2022

Duties and Responsibilities

Developing customer charter;
Developing of strategic policy for consumer engagement;
Reviewing of the customer service charter;
Maintaining effective communication and creation of awareness of EPRA services to the stakeholders;
Preparing drafts on procedures, for dissemination of information to consumers
conducting customer satisfaction surveys;
Handling related customer queries and complaints;
Organizing consumer awareness campaigns;
Implementing customer survey report recommendations; and
Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of customer engagement initiative.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines Engineering, Law, Criminology, Education, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Communication and Public Relations or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Membership of a relevant professional body in good standing (where applicable);
Proficiency in Computer applications skills; and
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
