We are currently looking for Corporate, Commercial, and Transactional Lawyers to join our team in Ontario.
As a Caravel Lawyer you will….
P rovide a full spectrum of legal services to clients of all sizes, across all industries.
What Would YOU Bring?
Minimum of 10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience.
Experience with either Commercial work (drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements); and/or Transactional work (M&A, Financings, etc.), and/or corporate maintenance/governance.
Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
While our lawyers work remotely, we operate as a team and promote a collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture.
