Roles and Responsibilities
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to implement leachable and extractable, filter validation, cleaning validation and single use assembly for the strategic projects of organization and LCM products
- Bio-process manufacturing troubleshooting
- Knowledge on design of the bio-process equipment
- Knowledge on vaccine bulk and FFP process
- Must have good communication and team work skills
- Effective planning, quality execution and organization of work are anticipated.
- Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
- Good writing, documentation skills with proficient technical writing skills – extremely important skill desired for current job
- Able to work with internal and cross functional teams and vendors
- Good knowledge on GMP, GLP
- Must have strong communication skills, technical writing & presentation skills.
- Qualification and Language
- M.Sc or MTECH- Microbiology or Biotechnology or Biochemical Engineering with minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industrial work experience.
- Mode of communication is English
- Desirable Experience
- Experience on performing the Leachables and extrtables studies and assessment
- Experience on cleaning cycle process development and validation for Vaccines
- Experience on executing the strategy for the filter validation studies for the vaccine bulk and FFP process
- Understanding on the quality and regulatory guidelines
- Bio-process equipment design and development
- Participate in the Manufacturing investigations
- Successful and effective execution of assigned tasks within given timelines at expected quality; right the first time & on time; demonstrate initiative and strive for high level of quality
- Have the ability to manage time effectively and able to perform different works under tight timelines.
- This position may require very minimal or no travel.
- This position requires the incumbent to be available all the time on need basis.
- This position will suit an individual who is able to operate with discretion and confidentiality about sensitive data.
- Awareness of safety regulations and for safe handling of chemicals and equipment
