Roles and Responsibilities
Job Role & Responsibilities:
a. Set up and turnaround of all process equipment in downstream. Calculation of productivity yield (including losses).
b. Able to perform COP, CIP and SIP as per the schedule and whenever necessary for all equipments.
c. Foam cleaning and washing with cleaning chemicals of Manufacturing area as per schedule or whenever necessary
d. Operation of mixed bed, chromatographic / SSMB (Simulated Sequential Moving Bed), Polish Bed systems, multiple effect evaporation and Spray Dryer.
e. Write and review standard operating procedures and batch production records.
f. Initiates deviations as needed, reporting and solving problems and issues.
g. Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations and ensure other team members are trained.
h. Operate general production equipment such as Analytical Scales, pH/conductivity meters, etc.
Essential Attributes:
a. Strong proficiency in Microbiology and Engineering principles
b. Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting
c. Good documentation skills
d. Planning & Time Management
e. A strong team player
f. Knowledge on Packaging equipment (bulk packaging)
Desired Attributes:
a. Working knowledge in SAP
b. Decision making skills
c. Inter-personal effectiveness
