Job description:
MANUFACTURING-VACCINES (Drug Substance):
Required Skills- Static Cell Culture:
To perform cell culture and virus culture activities i.e., cell passaging, infection, harvesting, concentration / purification, inactivation/neutralization of viral solution, formulation and sterile filtration of drug substance.
Documentation of activities and preparation of SOPS, BPRS and URS etc., related to process and equipments.
Upstream/Downstream Cell Culture:
Candidate with experience in cell culture activities on bioreactors. Must be able to handle basic upstream and downstream process steps independently. Handling of equipments such as tangential flow filtration units, chromatography columns and filtration steps. Willing to work in a team and during shifts. Knowledge on process scaling up or scaling down activities.
