The Opportunity: Reporting to the Information Systems Field Infrastructure Support Manager, the Lead, Infrastructure Support
– Oil Sands role manages service providers to assist in maintaining IS infrastructure that supports safe, reliable and cost effective operations.

In addition to maintaining streamlined day-to-day operations, the role involves maximizing teamwork, building customer relationships, timely issue resolution and creating processes for continuous improvement in Field Infrastructure Support Services.

Key Accountabilities: Leadership/Coaching/Mentoring for 3rd party support contractors Escalations and operational accountability for the team Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level and Operating Level Agreements for day-to-day operations Maintain excellent customer relations through timely response, reporting, and resolution of service issues Strengthen and optimize vendor relationship to increase collaboration, efficiency, effectiveness, quality and cross-functional communications Implement, support and maintain a secure, reliable, cost-effective computing environment for Oil sands sites.

– Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with bi-weekly travel to site This is a safety sensitive position Competitive salary, stock options, stock savings plan and benefits Skills & Qualifications: Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems or related years of experience Previous project management experience within IS Infrastructure projects is desired.
