We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to represent our clients.

You will introduce our clients new and exciting products to customers in a positive and knowledgeable manner.

We have flexible shifts with an accommodating schedule.

Mandatory : Must be a resident of Ontario.

Must be able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

18 years and older.

( We hire students and retirees ) Have access to a smartphone to stay informed and up to date on products and tasks.

Be responsible and reliable.

Able to work with a flexible schedule.

Able to communicate and share products in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Asset : Experiences in sales and / or product demonstrations Experience in customer service Available to work any shifts ( Days, evenings and weekends ) TASKS Receive training on products and company policies.

Follow instructions for set up and tear down of kiosks.

Receive shipments.

Merchandise stock according to companies request.

Share and inform the customers about the product at hand.

Listen and build rapport with the customer.

Provide excellent and professional customer service.

Perform daily inventory.

To be dressed in black professional clothing.

Clean and sanitize product and kiosk.

Possibility of traveling to other areas ( Not mandatory ) We are a professional company who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and sales.
