? Hands-on Architect which will support Engineering teams.
? Works horizontally across the Org providing Architectural services:
? Standards
? Best Practices
? Technical guidance
? Solution design
? Etc
? Not an Architect who ONLY designs. Must be able to perform hands-on
development even though this will not be the bulk their activity
? An Architect who has already been there/done that when it comes to:
? Modern cloud technologies - PCF, AWS, OpenStack, RedShift, etc.
? Microservices (e.g. Netflix OSS)
? Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, DropWizard, Jersey, etc.
? 12 Factor App
? Must be an excellent communicator, presenter, persuader & debater. Accents
are fine - however, the individual must be 100% articulate & able to convey
ideas to a broad audience with clarity and precision.
